SKYWAY, a 5 bedroom, 5 bath, beautifully landscaped home on Gifft Hill offers both privacy and convenience to Cruz Bay and the north shore beaches.
		As the sun sets before you at dusk, the heavenly show begins. A virtual planetarium unfolds each evening overhead.
Quote from a guest: "This house certainly has a picture post card view." The 180 degree view includes St. Croix to the south, Pillsbury Sound, St Thomas and surrounding islands to the west and north. Puerto Rico, Culebra and Vieques are also in the western view. Considered the best sunset view on the island.
		Everyone can be part of the party at SKYWAY.  The large great room doors open to the pool deck and outdoor dining areas.
There is no chlorine used in Skyway's fresh water pool with the NaCl system, a process in which salt is converted through ionization. No odor or feel of chlorine.  Skyway's pool is 24' x 13' and 4' to 8' deep.
Several of Skyway's outdoor lounging areas have a view of Pillsbury Sound. The pool deck tiled barbeque area includes double sinks, and a large Lynx barbeque / rotisserie. Here, guests have two dining options, one on either side of the barbeque area.
		The hot tub is a top of the line 6 to 7 person Sundance Spa, only steps away from the pool and barbeque area. It also has a sunset view.

		One of the ensuite baths with expansive shower and double vanity.
The upstairs garden bedroom has a view of St. Croix to the south.  For those who prefer fresh tropical breezes and ceiling fans to air conditioning, the wind flows through the open windows.
		The master bedroom and bedroom deck offer views of the Caribbean Sea and St. Thomas lights twinkling at night.
The master's southern sliding glass doors offer a view of the breezeway and pool area, or the blinds can be drawn for privacy.
		A chef's delight, the fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and deck area.
Skyway's lower level apartment has its own deck, entertainment center, and full kitchen.

At dusk, Pillsbury Sound transforms from the active daytime sailing and boating connection between St. John and St. Thomas to the twinkling lights on our neighboring island.

WEEKLY RATES

SKYWAY is a non-smoking home.  No smoking is allowed in any area of the property.

Deposit:   A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $1000.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
