Mystic Ridge was designed and built with quality lifestyle and love of beauty in mind. Perched high on a mountain ridge on its own private expanse of land surrounded by National Park, this luxurious home offers dramatic and spectacular "down-island" views of the Drake Channel, the British Virgin Islands, St. John's East End, Coral Bay and the National Park mountainsides. Located in the center of our small island means Cruz Bay (15 min), Coral Bay (10 min.), and North Shore Beaches (5 min.) are only brief drives away.
		Lounge on the large bricked deck, swim in the pool (32'X12') 3 ft shallow 5 ft deep end, or relax in the hot tub, in total privacy. The view will take your breath away!! For toddler safety, a nylon mesh barrier may be installed around the pool, by advance request.
Mystic Ridge is 4200 square feet of luxurious living. The villa includes 4 bedroom 4 1/2 baths, an expansive great room (26'X42'), ideal for entertaining, dining and casual living. The split level great room includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with countertop seating, a formal dining area and a large living space with a complete entertainment center including tv, vcr, dvd, and cable tv. Tastefully decorated in bright Caribbean colors with casual comfortable furnishings.
		Gourmet kitchen with bar seating for four, an antique dining table with rattan chairs easily seats eight. The comfortable sitting area has two large wicker chairs, one rocker and one barrel chair with ottoman for total relaxation.
The outside covered porch has plenty of shaded space for lounging by the pool after a long day at the beach or enjoying a home cooked meal on the large dining table. The table has seating for six with two additional swivel rocker chairs that can be added to seat eight guests.
		The Master Bedroom amenities include king size bed, vaulted ceiling, multiple louvered windows with double screened French doors, private balcony with seating for two, a/c, ceiling fan, telephone, tv, vcr and tiled garden shower.
Gaze out to the unspoiled hillside of the National Park while bathing in your indoor/outdoor shower. Double sinks and vaulted ceilings give you a large sense of space. In addition there is a large closet with safe for all your valuables.
		From the entrance it is just a short walk to the lower staircase which takes you down to the second Master Bedroom which also includes a king bed, multiple louvered windows with double screened French doors, private balcony with seating for two, ceiling fan, telephone and tiled garden shower.
The upper queen bedroom boasts high ceilings, romantic mahogany four poster bed, with a large mahogany detailed armoire. Double screened French doors, private balcony with seating for two, a/c, ceiling fan, telephone, private bath and a fabulous down island view.

The pool bedroom contains 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king, double screen French doors, private bath, a/c, ceiling fan, and multiple louvered windows to enjoy the scenic down island view and the refreshing tradewinds.
		Nestled high in the trees, bordered by National Park, this peaceful setting puts you at one with nature. Enjoy spectacular views of Coral Bay, the British Virgin Islands and the unspoiled East End of St. John from the pool or Jacuzzi.

WEEKLY RATES

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $1000.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
