Abundant ceiling fans and the delightful year round cooling trade winds will enhance your tropical relaxation. The glass dining table seats 6-8 and overlooks pristine views of Coral Bay. For your island pleasure, this massive area includes an entertainment center with satellite TV, VCR, DVD, CD/cassette and a wet bar with ice maker for creating luscious tropical drinks. There are also books, lots of fun games and a musical library offering a large variety of music ranging from Classical to Caribbean.

| The large ultra modern gourmet kitchen is a dream for any fine chef. Accented with rich mahogany cabinetry and granite Corian countertops, this kitchen is equipped for preparing the finest feast. Its extensive assortment of cooking and food preparation utensils includes stainless steel double convection ovens, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster oven, Kitchen Aid standing mixer, Cuisinart Food Processor, coffee grinder, coffeemaker, deep fryer, warming trays, wine cooler and even an ice cream maker! Also included are a complete assortment of beautiful serverware and fine crystal. A telephone/fax and answering machine are provided for your convenience. The 3 spacious king bedrooms are each individually cooled by remote controlled Trane two-ton air conditioning units. All are beautifully appointed with fine luxurious bedding. There are also ceiling fans for those who love being lulled to sleep by the sound of the famed "tree frog concerts”. Serenity With its huge picture windows and sliding glass doors, this romantic main floor Master Bedroom overlooks both a lush tropical garden and the glorious Caribbean Sea. The sliding glass doors open onto a private deck perfect for enjoying an early morning sunrise or late afternoon champagne. With delightful cross breezes, many prefer to forgo air conditioning, as it is rarely needed. Luxurious bedding accented in tranquil blues and greens is paired with a restful pillowtop mattress. The Master Bath has a marvelous large circular shower made of native stone and glass block. |

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $500.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
