The house itself is designed for ease of living with furnishings of mahogany and other tropical woods complimented with comfortable seating in rich exotic tones. La Papaya works as well for couples as it does for families, with three king size suites and a large efficiency apartment with 2 additional bedrooms, both with full size bedding and air conditioning. The bathrooms are all tastefully appointed with handmade ceramic tiles and large showers, some open to that glorious view. |
| All of the living areas of this home are fully air-conditioned. Watch movies on DVD or video, or enjoy your favorite island rhythm on the state of the art stereo system. The kitchen is a delight with rich mahogany cabinetry and a great open layout. |

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $1000.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
