At once inviting and exotic, with a lush, rich color scheme set off by light bamboo furnishings, this home offers a king size four poster bed in the master bedroom and a gorgeous stone shower large enough for two, offering views all the way to Virgin Gorda. The other 3 bedrooms offer equally appealing furnishings and baths and all have that magnificent view. |

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $1000.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
