Island's End

Island's End is a spacious, five bedroom, two story villa offering five and a half baths, and open, breezy living space.  This new octagonal shaped villa is ideal for groups or large families.  It is situated on the top of the eastern most end of St. John.  Views from all rooms are breathtaking. The town of Coral Bay is a short drive away where you will find several restaurants, a deli, a watersports center, gift shops and two convenience stores.

The open-air gourmet kitchen is fully equipped. Dine in the kitchen/living area, or on the deck where the view of the Caribbean seems never ending.  Only the island of St. Croix, 40 miles away interrupts the horizon.

The entertainment area boasts satellite TV, VCR, CD and stereo.

A 20 foot oval fresh water swimming pool, hot tub, and wet bar are all on the large lower deck.  A one half bath and washer and dryer can be accessed from this deck.

Spectacular 220 degree views of Hurricane Hole, Coral Bay to Rams Head and beyond to the Caribbean Sea can be seen from both decks and the pool.

Large living areas, both interior and exterior make Island's End ideal for 10 to 14 guests.

	The two upstairs bedrooms are air conditioned and have small living areas.
Each bedroom has its own deck and walk-in closet.  All have ensuite bathrooms.
	Four of the bedrooms have queen size beds.  The third bedroom on the first floor has two sets of bunk beds and a futon and is air conditioned.   There are doors on either end of the room adjoining the other two bedrooms.

Maid and Chef services are available. 

RATES

Not included in the rental rates is a $500 refundable security deposit.  All rooms are subject to a 8% room tax.
