Francis Bay is located in an ideal spot. Overlooking the waters of Francis Bay on the north shore, yet very private, guests feel transported to their own private oasis. Lush, tropical foliage surrounds the house. A short walk down a flat road takes one to the long, white, sandy, palm fringed beach of Francis Bay with its perfect turquoise water
		Francis Bay is a beautifully furnished five bedroom, five and a half bath home. Deck lounges on the deep wrap-around brick decks of both upper and lower levels and pool side provide the perfect spot for reading, conversation, or quiet meditation.
A unique copper gate provides entrance to the house and grounds. Brick steps take guests down to the 36 foot x 12 foot pool area.
		A large teak table poolside will seat 10 for dining. A propane grill is nearby for creating the chef's choice.
Enjoy picture postcard views from each bedroom. Vistas include Carvel Rock  and the lights of St. Thomas to the west, with sunsets 10 months of the year.  The view to the east includes Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgins.
		Lovely place settings enhance the large dining table for ten, off the kitchen. Although indoors, the six open double doors insure a tropical feeling.
The kitchen has all you need and more, including an ice maker. A large pantry off the kitchen enables a sleek, clutter-free kitchen.
		The six burner island stove top allows the chef to be "Part of the Party ".
One of the four king bedrooms can be made up as twins for families. Wonderful art and photographs contribute to the ambience.
		All bedrooms have air conditioning, walk-in closets, baths with stone showers with large windows, and long, two sink vanities. Each bedroom has wooden, louvered screens which can be drawn for those times guests prefer privacy.

WEEKLY RATES

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.  The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a $1000.00 refundable security deposit and a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
