The Garden Master Bedroom There are two master suites each with air conditioning, ceiling fans, telephones, tv, vcr, dvd, cable tv and private open-air garden shower. The beach cottage is located 50' from the surf with its own private deck. Each unit has air conditioning, telephones, plus ceiling fans with multiple windows to invite the constant breezes and relaxing sounds of the open ocean. The queen bedroom has a tv, vcr and boom box for your listening pleasure. The twin bedroom can be left as two twins or made into a king bed. This bedroom includes tv,dvd and stereo system. |

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. All homes are subject to a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
