The view from Seagate's expansive deck
warmly welcomes you to the island. It draws your attention as soon as you enter
the house from under a bougainvillea -draped pergola with its vista of the
turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean. Walk down the crystalline waters of
Chocolate Hole Bay or tan on the deck of the sun drenched pool from this water's
edge villa.

Inside, Seagate is a spacious and brightly colored five-bedroom retreat. The living and dining area spill out onto the deck for an airy indoor/outdoor living experience. Just under the overhang of the deck is a large hot tub/spa. The Great Room has skylights in a vaulted ceiling, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, a complete entertainment unit, Mexican tile floors and new teak living and dining room furniture. The large kitchen is well equipped for indoor or outdoor cooking. A smaller kitchenette is located on the lower level close to the pool. |

On the entry level, on opposite sides of the Great Room are two equal bedrooms one with a queen-sized bed, each with a private bath, and a view of the bay. An additional bedroom is adjacent to the dining area and has a queen-sized bed and private bath with a charming indoor/outdoor stone shower. On the lower level is another large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a private bath that opens onto its own deck adjacent to the new swimming pool. Also on this level is a smaller bedroom, perfect for children, with twin beds and bath. |

Outside tropical plants surround Seagate providing a peaceful and private setting only minutes from Cruz Bay town. Seagate is nestled on a generous lot that slopes about 150 feet to the shore of Chocolate Hole Bay where moored sailboats sway gently to the rhythm of the sea. Swimming and snorkeling are possible from the Bay's sandy beach a short walk from Seagate. |
