	From the deck or the garden, both sets of sliding glass doors lead to a spacious, airy, Air Conditioned great room featuring a music center, cable TV, DVD and VCR.


The household has cathedral ceilings and wooden beams throughout.


	Morgan Point's living room also opens onto a garden patio and BBQ with more room for a quiet moment. .

A sparkling 8 x 18' pool surrounded by mature shrubbery and trees create a private and luscious setting while enjoying a fantastic view.

Your hot tub is located in a private spot away from the pool deck to insure your moments alone.

There are four Air Conditioned bedrooms (On the main floor- king, king, and king/twin with a double bed downstairs) all with their own bath.

The Master bedroom features access to the living room, the main deck and a few steps to the hot tub.
