The open living design offers an array of spacious living areas, including a fabulous great room, two outdoor terraces, a covered porch area, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, and gourmet kitchen. Comfortable seating abounds indoors and out.

Four similarly sized bedrooms with baths en suite are located on three different levels, each featuring King beds and private balcony. One bedroom may be changed into 2 twins if preferred. A small "'yoga" room is available with a daybed appropriate for that extra teen.

A 10x25' long heated swimming pool catches the sun throughout the day, or relax in the octagonal hot tub that overlooks the ocean. There's even a hammock in a shady spot for afternoon siestas.

The Villa is fully equipped with every amenity, and also included are beach chairs, coolers and floats.
