GIBNEY GARDEN COTTAGE
Both the Gibney Garden Cottage and Gibney beach Cottage are directly on the famous white sandy Gibney Beach. Gibney Beach, located on the northshore of St. John, is a favorite of many and is frequented by tourists and locals alike. Snorkel on one of the three coral reefs on this beach or swim over to the nearby Hawksnest Beach to view the sea life.

Gibney Beach cottages are the only two villas on the beach that are for rent, only two other homes exist and are privately owned. Gibney Beach cottages can be rented separately or together. Enjoy sunsets from your deck in the evening and wake up to this gorgeous beach for a morning swim!
The botanical gardens surrounding these two villas are magnificent! These gardens include orchids, heliconia, ylang ylang trees, indigenous fruit trees such as coconuts and star fruit and other exotic plants. |

This cottage, located on the front of the property facing the beach is a one bedroom, king sized suite. This cottage boasts marble floors, a full open kitchen, TV, VCR, indoor and outdoor showers and central air conditioning. A large covered deck across the front of the cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view after a busy day at the beach! This wonderfully romantic home has a gorgeous, mahagony 4 poster bed for blissful night sleep here in paradise. |

Each villa has their own entrance with a shared driveway. Owners manage the property and are in a cottage nearby for your convenience. On Sundays, local musicians gather at this beach to jam to the sounds of the Caribbean! Gibney Garden Cottage is a non-smoking villa |

SECURITY/CANCELLATION POLICY
A $1000 security deposit may be required. Cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival are refundable less a 15% service charge. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of arrival, under any circumstances unless property is rerented, then 15% service charge applies. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance. Destination St. John arranges vehicle rentals as a customer courtesy. We accept no liability for any problems or disagreements with any rental agency. |
