Living up to its name, "Beyond The Sea", a charming whimsical cottage of 2600 square feet overhangs a cliff 175 feet above the crashing Caribbean sea. Views sunrise and sunset from both covered and open decks. Consisting of two bedrooms with two and half baths which will sleep four adults with queen size beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate one or two children eight years or older. |

The outside deck off the living room/kitchen can be used for sun or shade enjoyment. Relax in the wicker rocking chair or the comfortable double chaise lounge. In just minutes the open deck can be converted to shade with the remote controlled awning. This deck also includes a glass top table with seating for six and a gas grill for cooking those delectable delights. |

Tropical plant lined stone steps lead down to the pool, guest cottage and master bedroom, each with its own private deck to view the spectacular cliff side. On occasion you are given the opportunity to view one of our islands treasures, the long time resident iguanas. The "Bimbo Suite" 250 square feet with a queen size bed, private indoor/outdoor shower and a/c makes this a cozy and comfortable retreat. |
| The Master Bedroom has a queen size four poster bed, air conditioning and private bath. Also included is a washer and dryer for your convenience. |

The main house is 1200 square feet of living space containing a complete entertainment center with stereo, CD and cassette players. |
| The fully equipped kitchen contains all your major and minor appliances including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, coffee maker, coffee grinder, wet bar area with blender for whipping up those frozen tropical cocktails, and bar seating for two. |

Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refunded if re-rented, less 20% administrative costs. Not included in the rental rates is a Virgin Islands Hotel Tax of 8%.
